This shouldn't occur. If only one laptop charger is causing the problem, there may be a short in this charger. If you have tried multiple chargers, I suggest looking at the laptop and seeing if it is the cause.
"All of the electronics" on one breaker should trip if there is a short in the laptop or charger. The whole house (main breaker at the top of the electric box, usually) should not trip. If this is occurring, you may have a problem with the particular breaker to the plug you are using as well. If this is occurring, I suggest calling an electrician unless you know what you're doing.
because when you plug in a power saw,it has to struggle from the inside the saw your electrics trip out when there is to much power in use, otherwise if your using an adapter or extension they may be faulty or it could be a faulty saw, i would start by checking any leads have not been gouged or have cuts in them including the wire leading to your saw.
Don't stick anything into a plug socket unless it is a plug, this doe not include fingers, pencils or scissors. Do not use wet hands when turning on electrical equipment. In electronics - it's a socket that has a thread on the outside - so that a plug with the same thread can be screwed into it, thus preventing accidental removal. One example would be the connector in your house for cable TV. The box on the wall has a threaded 'stud' socket - into which is screwed a plug, attached to the cable which goes to your TV.
Dc or direct current is and electrical current flowing in only one direction. Examples would be batteries or solar cells. ac or alternating current is current flowing or "alternating" in more than one direction. An example is the outlet you plug a cord into to power devices or appliances in your home or businesses. rectification of these is simply the conversion of one to the other, because sometimes the device your trying to power needs one type of current and the only available type current is the other. So in essence you have to convert or "rectify" one power source into one usable for your purposes. An example of this is a laptop. A laptop or any other type of mobile computer uses a battery for power, which is direct current. In order to keep your laptop battery charged you must plug in the ac adapter in a wall socket near by. The problem is your laptop uses direct current and what you are about plug your adapter into to power or charge your mobile computer is going to be alternating current. The two are not interchangeable. The solution lies with the actual ac adapter itself. If you'll notice there is a small to medium size box in the middle of the cord. The box is designed to convert, or "rectify" the type of current going from the wall to your mobile computer from ac to dc power.
Laptop chargers are plug-in cords and voltage adapter boxes that come with your laptop so that you may keep the laptop's battery charged. Your computer should have come with one.
Most laptop chargers are rated for 110-240 volts enabling you to use them anywhere in the world. This information is written on the back or bottom of all chargers. The only issue is the shape of the plug but this can be solved through the purchase of a simple adaptor.
It should have come with a cord. One end will plug into your iPod and the other will plug in to you laptop.
Travel chargers tend to be smaller, and often plug into a different outlet, such as the cigarette lighter socket in a car or the USB port of a laptop. Regular chargers are often more stable, and may include a port for the item to be charged to rest in or on.
yes you can plug a ethernet cable into a laptop!
A laptop charger requires a large amount of electricity. When the metal of the plug gets close tot he metal in the socket, the electricity arcs from one to the other.Kayleigh- Not all chargers spark so yours may be a very powerful one.
