behind the ignition switch they go bad often
my van will crank, but won't start, had spark plugs change
it could either be a bad beattery or a bad starter

Start engine and measure volts at battery, it should be at least 13
Either 5 or 5.5. If unsure, start with 4.5qts, start the engine, let it run for a minute, shut it off, and after another minute check the level, and add about half a quart at a time to get it no higher than the full mark. The engine is fine running at about halfway between the Add and Full marks on the dipstick so it would be okay leaving it there if you're concerned about overfilling it.
The door lock actuator is going bad.
