Did you replace the fuel filter too? Sometimes if you have a clogged fuel filter the fuel pump won't work as efficiently and it may even be the cause of the pump going bad.
try replacing the delta pressure feedback sensor. this fixed my explorer.Or you can try replacing the relay.

It probably is a fuel or spark problem.
You should be able to get in the Explorer , lock the doors if you wish , and then start the vehicle . That's what I do on my 1995 Explorer XLT
by picking him and then goo throgh beach cave until you are at beach cave pit and after that you become an explorer team
Do you mean no crank/no start or crank/no start.... to put it simply, does the engine turn over?
start explorer press setup when it comes to engine check push RESET it says new oil push and hold reset it busses and it is reset until next oil change
As with most repairs, you first find the cause. Until that is done you cannot make a repair

try replacing the ignition coil. after it hots, it starts breaking down and will not fire again until it cools off
