Typically when you need to jump start your car every time in order to start it, there is a problem with the battery. It could be that the alternator is not working and is not charging the battery, or it could be that the battery is not holding a charge.
sounds like t.c.c solenoid.[torque converter clutch solenoid]
There is no such number. You can start with a different number and end with different ones.
Try changing the oils the relate to the spudder and idle. Then try and time it.
Turn key to on position for a minute or so then off. Turn key to start and pump gas. This gives fuel pump time to send gas to engine.

Mine is doing the same thing.. I have to leave the key on position for exatually 10. mintues. turn key off when security light has disapeared. Then try to start and it as worked every time. (So Far). I want to know what is causing this problem? I had my Pontiac grand am for three years. Just the last 6 months it been doing this. But happening more and more
