I'm currently having the same issue and from what I've gathered over the past week online, it's one of two things. Either the window switch/connection is faulty OR the regulator. Mine happens to be the switch because the driver side switch for the passenger window works fine. Now my problem is if the passenger and driver switch mechanisms are interchangeable when purchasing?

The first step is to diagnose it and determine what the fault is. It won't do you any good to replace the window motor if the fault is in the power supply.
Auto salvage yard would be your cheapest place. Other than that it would be online, a body shop, or a Dodge dealer which would be the most expensive.
Either bad switch or bad motor. Take your lest light and analyze the switch.

To replace the window switch in your 2004 Dodge Intrepid you need to remove the door panel. Once the door panel is removed there are two T-20 Torx screws that hold the switch to the door panel. I have included a step by step auto repair video below, that shows how to accomplish this.
