Why will the polestar and the location of the vernal equinox in the celestial sphere be different thousands of years from now?

Because of a thing called "progression". That is a fancy word meaning that the earth wobbles when it rotates so the north and south poles will be towards a different area of the sky. In 26,000 years, Polaris will be the North Star again.
