What kind of car? More than likely a bad alternator, could also be a bad distributor or other spark related parts.
sounds like ignition module. Check for spark while cranking engine when it decidedly shuts down on you.
Have someone check your fuel pump pressure,if you lose fuel pressure while driving, and then it comes back that would explain why it seems to start by itself.
if no warning and it just shuts down but dash lights and radio light up check ignition switch
No! You can't just give shuts!
Well see it isn't that big of a deal you just should start it back it up and it should go!
Check battery cables/connections.
You'll just have to restart the DS system and try the transfer/trade again.
have you checked out your ignition switch it could be the culprit for power loss if there's a bad switch or short...try wiggling it while it's running and..also check the terminal connections to your battery one could be loose..good luck
Yes you can. I do it once in a while.
Could be a bad coil - Check for spark when vehicle "shuits down"> Could be a bad fuel pump - check for fuel delivery when vehicle "shuts down".
yes just use a condom
Just press the accelerator.
