Why the hell not? Either it fixes yer prob or not. My experience is that specific hardware requires specific software - and you should have had the install disc - or it wont work. Now if yer looking to dload, erm, unregistered software I'd say no. Most of what u find online is corrupted in someway. And not in a good way.
