There is no reason why women should not be in combat. My friend's dad was in the army. He said that there were 20 women in his division and 60 men. When his division was at target practice, almost always the women hit the target. He said it was because the women took more time in aiming there shot.

∙ 13y agono. especially if they are fighting side by side with men. i mean absolutely no offense..but fighting along side with a woman may lower morale. not only that... it can grow dissention among the troops. women are different from men, whether they choose to believe it or not. they just cannot do many of the things that a man can do and should not. there is absolutely nothing wrong with a women in the military, but fighting on the frontline can damage any results.
AnswerThis is a matter of opinion and personal belief. I believe that if a woman wants to risk her life for her country, she should have the right just as a man. It is not a gender issue. It should solely be based on willingness and ability/qualification, just like how the men got where they are. Some argue that it could lead to distracted soldiers, but the way I see it, if you are engaged in a firefight and all you can think about is some 'hottie' next to you should not be in the army - you should be in 7th grade.Wiki User
