Why won't 1996 Buick century start after it rains I have had the cap and wires replaced but still it seems to happen too often. Is there some sensor that could be collecting water somewhere?

Check your spark plugs...had same problem with 95 Century w/3.1 engine.
Rains all day..now starts like a champ.
