Sorry, it is a known glitch in the Spy Island program. Sometimes during the final battles (mini-bots or Director D) they will stop attacking you. You have to reboot Poptropica and play the sequence again, beginning with your arrival at the BAD hideout.

When all 4 of the mini-bots are beaten, Director D will attack you in the flying control center. Use your grapple to get near the ceiling, and he will crash into it, damaging the device. After four collisions, the center crashes and you have beaten the island. Back at headquarters, you are appointed the new Director and get the Island Medallion. *IF DIRECTOR D DOESN'T ATTACK YOU* You have encountered a known problem with the Spy Island software. You will have to reset Poptropica on your browser and replay the hideout sequence. The glitch should not happen a second time. If Director D disappears, a similar glitch has occurred, but all you need to do is return to Spy Headquarters on Main Street, and the game will end normally.
