Why can't you get into your Poptropica account?

If you didn't use it for six months, it was deleted. If you entered your username or password incorrectly, it won't recognize the account. If someone had access to your password, they might have changed it.

Poptropica uses a number of subroutines in your computer. You should check that all of the ones required for flash-type internet games are enabled.

You can download the current Adobe Flash Player for Windows if you aren't sure that your present plug-ins are compatible.

Be sure that the user name and password are spelled correctly, including any spaces. If just the password error comes up, someone with access to your user name may have changed your password. Very infrequently, the site loses your logon info. The site holds all unused names for six months (from the last use), before they are deleted.
