If, after you type in a question, you are taken to a page as if you had just searched for it on Google or some other search engine, you didn't put your answer in the form of a question. For example, "Everything known about Abraham Lincoln" will take you to a search page. So will "Everything known about Abraham Lincoln?" You need to put it as "What is everything known about Abraham Lincoln?" If you did put it in question form, you shouldn't have a problem.
Maybe because your question was bad or innapropiate.
It does let you ask and post questions, unless you said or did something wrong and got blocked for posting question.
well, no. wikianswers wont let you publish your question without a ? at the end. Also, when texting, you may do something like this... What?! or What!? but not with proper grammer.
You can talk on the message boards and in the forum. Though wikianswers is not a chat site.

Questions such as the one above lead to debate and argument. Neither is permitted on WikiAnswers. So to prevent the obvious direction answer contributions would take because of an opinion based question, the question will be removed when discovered, and those who violate the rules of WikiAnswers contributing to it may be corrected.
because everyone needs an answer and everyone has an answer for a question
