It sounds like you need something stronger than over the counter meds. You should contact your doctor regarding taking an oral medication (antibiotic) as well as topical medications. Regarding natural remedies, look into something called "acidophilus" -- which helps in preventing yeast infections. Acidophilus can be found in health food stores and even Wal Mart or you can do a search online. Contact a doctor first though!
