Check your front and rear bands on your transmission, they may need adjusting. Your bands may be broken. Broken OD clutch band. Check your fluid, if it looks okay with no discoloration or burnt smell it is likely to be just a needed adjustment. If the smell or discoloration is present it is more likely a band, gear or something more serious
