If your talking about multiplayer then it got shut down by bungie in April, 2008 but campaigh should work unless your X-Box is broken.

Yes there is a mod that can do that. just get HMT V5 (halo mod tools version 5) if you would like to no how to use it just search it on youtube that's what i did exept im pretty sure it wont work in multiplayer and you would wanna make a copy of your game before you do it :) hope i helped
