Because the layouts are made specially for Myspace. Theres a code in there that wont work on other sites, and the code just isn't meant for Friendster, Piczo, other blog sites, ect. Some blog sites have specially made layouts you can find on the site. Friendster, im not sure. search around a little bit. :]
