The horn on your 1995 Buick Roadmaster may blow on its own due to a few common issues, such as a stuck horn relay, a malfunctioning horn switch in the steering wheel, or a short circuit in the wiring. Moisture or corrosion can also affect the electrical components, causing them to behave erratically. It’s advisable to check the horn relay and wiring connections, and if the problem persists, consult a mechanic for a thorough inspection.
Probably need to add antifreeze. Check the Radiator not the overflow tank. If you are low on antifreeze it will not circulate through the heater core.
The EMI fuse in a 1994 Buick Roadmaster may blow due to several reasons, including a short circuit in the electrical system, a malfunctioning component drawing excessive current, or corrosion in the wiring or connectors. It can also be triggered by a faulty accessory or device connected to the circuit. Regular maintenance and inspection of the electrical system can help prevent these issues. If the fuse blows repeatedly, it's advisable to have a professional diagnose the underlying problem.
