Why won't my laptop turn on when it is plugged into the charger Like when it is fully charged it won't turn on with it being unplugged If it does turn onit shows a black screen and then turns off?

You may need to replace the battery, charging port, or your charger. It may not be charging correctly.

What I do is take the battery out and put it back in. But make sure you don't have the charger plugged in or it could damage if not break your laptop.

It doesn't matter either way. I personally keep mine plugged in when I don't need to bring it anywhere. When you have it plugged, make sure the whole charger is unplugged from the outlet so it isn't still sucking up energy even when the laptop isn't plugged in.
