If the battery was disconnected while the starter was being replaced, the radio would lose its memory. Reprogramming the clock and radio stations to your favorite channels should correct the problem. Consult the owners manual for directions.
Assuming it's like my Ford , you have to reset the preset radio stations every time a battery cable is disconnected
There could be many reasons why the radio wont' work in a Renault, Clio. You could just be out of range of that station.
Sounds like resistor in key is bad
if all the other electronic parts work such as lights and and horn then it's probably a starter selinoid!
It's the dome fuse under the hood. Controls the radio and the clock also. Try it. It worked on mine
Then your game needs replacing with a another one
Possibly broke.

Probably the starter, have someone turn the key to the crank position while you gently tap the starter with a hammer or bar. If it starts change the starter. If not try shorting the starter solenoid to see if that works.
Defective starter or weak battery. Can also be a loose connection at the starter.
probably is a blown fuse.
Blown fuse? bad ignition switch?
