There are several possible reasons. One would be the Pressure Switch being set too high. Another could be a plugged Jet, or Impeller.
It has lost it's prime, the impeller is bad or the pressure switch is bad. If you have water at normal pressure, it is probably the pressure switch.
Either the fuel filter is clogged or the fuel pump is defective, even if it is a new pump.
weak fuel pump.
Maybe your fuel pump is broke.
U need to also but a fuel pump relay switch located behind the sterring wheel and its also best to change your fuel filter as well
It wont stop starting, it will pump oil out of the turbo and discharge blue smoke.
Replace the fuel pump.
Change the abs motor.
Call the person who repaired the car and tell them what is going on. But what you write above makes no sense. You say, "(wont turn over) (wants to start) by (wont stay running)" If it won't turn over, how does it want to start, and how can it be running in the first place? Did they replace the fuel filter. If not, they should have.
Fuel filter clogged, fuel pump not running caused by either blown fuse, faulty fuel pump relay, or bad or weak fuel pump.
If you don't hear it running when you press the washer button the motor is probably burnt out.
My car starts and runs fine .Yours may need a fuel filter or pump.
Either your pressure will drop because the pump wont be working too well and as far as the well being dry, only visual inspection will do or call a plumber.
