Try changing the 20 amp fuse, its in the fuse panel on the driver side of the dashboard. The horn and radio are on the same fuse!

Under the hood of your car there is a fuse box by the driver side light look under the fuse box cover and it will tell you what fuse is for the horn. simply pull out the appropriate one and your done!

on what model of Chrysler are you replacing a horn on/ make sure its not a fuse or wiring to horn. horn connection is prone to the elements and may corrode. make sure ur getting power to connector before you "DOOM" your horn
