It is most likely a clutch problem, assuming this is a manual transmission. If you are lucky, it is a leaky clutch slave cylinder and you can top up the fluid in the reservoir (usually located near the back of the engine on the firewall and smaller than the brake master cylinder reservoir). Probably uses brake fluid but check your owner's manual. If you are unlucky you need a new slave cylinder or clutch or both. If you are really unlucky, the transmission is shot.
The Throttle body is where all the sensors are for this car. If your having an Idle problem though, It is rarely that.
