Baking soda and water. It will neutralize the acid. After removing the acid clean the post with a battery cleaning tool you can buy at any auto parts store.
yes
I BELIEVE that is located underneath the battery tray ( I was thinking by using a small mirror and flashlight , and by pulling down the left front rubber fender liner , a person could check before removing the battery and battery tray )
Assuming the battery is charged, battery cables in good condition, clamps tight on posts, and good connection at starter and ground, my guess is that the INSIDE of the battery cable clamps, and or outside of posts, need cleaning. Get a wire brush made for this at your auto supply store. Be gentle when removing the battery cable clamps. Don't pound on the battery posts or clamps when removing the clamps. You have a new battery? I have seen mechanics install new batteries and not bother to clean the inside of the cable clamps. Sears once installed two new batteries in my car before I fixed the problem myself by cleaning the inside of the clamps!I think I would start by cleaning the inside of the cable clamps.Jack

Try removing both battery cables and cleaning them, if the are very dirty soaking them in a solution of water and baking soda will remove most of the corrosion. Clean the terminals on the battery as well.the reconnect both cables and retry. If this doesn't work try charging the battery or boosting it. Good luck
Only remove the battery as a last resort, because removing it while it is on can possibly cause damage to your computer.
not really sure but try this ,some asian autos require you leave battery disconnected a minimum of TEN minutes for the computer to reset. Then you reconnect and it will crank.HONDA'S are famous for this.
