The first thing to do is check all your fuses.

If its the same as the 2001 subaru forester, there are two fuse panel locations: The main one is located on the lower left hand corner of the driver side dashboard where you will see what looks like a pull open ashtray holder. Pull that open and you will see that it is actually a cover for where the fuses are located.

A sunroof will have a manual wench that can be controlled used a screwdriver. To close the sunroof on a 2001 Acura Integra open the panel for the sunroof motor and tighten the wench.
Pull the lever with the gas pump symbol located just in front of the drivers seat.
The stock air box in a Subaru Forester contains the air filter. To reveal the air filter remove all the screws mounting it to the engine. Proceed to open the air box and replace the air filter. Reinstall the air box to the car.
Stand at the front of the car with the hood open and have a helper press the center of the steering wheel repeatedly. You'll find it.

To check the brake fluid level on a 99 Subaru Forester, you need to open the hood and locate the brake fluid reservoir. This is located on the master cylinder. There will either be a dipstick in the reservoir, or a line embossed on the side that says 'full.' If needed, add DOT 3 brake fluid.
