alot of people like the look of them up so they pull the relay out so check the fuse box on your driver side under the hood. also the headlight button has wires running to it and often the brown wire is cut

I would suspect that the clutch slave cylinder is bad. Follow the line down from where you added fluid to find the slave cylinder. After replacing the slave unit you will need to bleed the system then it will work fine again. Mark

Chect the slave cylinder on the fire wall to see if it is out of brake fluid.

to me it sounds like your map sensor is going out, you might want to check that.

Check the fuel filter. If your pump went bad, there's a good chance the filter is now very clogged.
