reincarnate your battery dudes XD
I had to go to a dealership to get the radio unlocked, also the cause; ( radio locked) was Battery Failure. After I puchased a new battery I found the radio use to be locked.
Sometimes there can be enough power in the battery to run electrical things but not enough to start the engine. You need to get the battery tested to see if it will hold a charge. You can try to jump start it using another battery. If it will not start this way,try charging the battery first before going on to the starter. If it turns out to be the starter, you can have it rebuilt. This can run about 20.00-40.00.
Yes, Grave Digger is a Chevy.
I had the same thing happen to me and my 96' suburban. It turned out to be that the battery was shot and wouldn't hold enough of a charge to turn over the engine. Might be the same thing with you.
Chevy Van - song - was created in 1973.
Lay off the crackpipe...there were NO Chevy Malibus produced in 1994! Lay off the crackpipe...there were NO Chevy Malibus produced in 1994!
No there are some 2.2L 4 Cylinder models as well.
There is no Tranny dipstick on 1996 and newer malibus

You can always visit your local Chevy dealer and speak with a sales consultant. You can also price out your car online at www.chevy.com,you can then locate what you want at a local dealer.
yes i have a 2003 and every 10,000 miles they are totally warped and i have heard that they have the same problems on other Malibu
Chevy malibus, Pontiac g6's, Saturn auras (all from the same general motors "architecture"), saabs, opels.
Try getting a jump start. Could be a bad battery. If your battery is good, then you will need to get a new starter. It may be the Starter or the battery make be dead,
how to replace a 1990 Chevy Beretta battery
trasnsmission stickon the drivers side under hood, there is a red cap under exhaust pipe ontop of transmission, this is where you add fluid.
If they are the same engine size, they are interchangeable. I would not put a fuel pump from a V6 on a 4 cylinder, and vica-versa. The Malibus from 97-02 all have interchangeable parts
I am assuming you are asking about getting the battery out of your 1988 Chevy Celebrity. To get the battery out: 1. Loosen the strut from the radiator support bracket and swing it aside. You may have to loosen the single bolt at the inner fender well to move the strut. 2. Wearing gloves to protect your skin from battery acid remove the ground cable. 3. Remove the positive cable. 4. Loosen and remove the holding clamp at the bottom of the battery. 5. Lift the battery out of the battery tray. Reverse the steps to put the battery back in.
