DUHHHHHHHH all you have to do is you dont have to start over!! feed the robot mouse to the robot owl and it will befriend you then go in the tunnel hidden by the hay bales and go in the hole. click on the owl and click on the item and the owl will retrieve it!!! i hope this helped

You have to go to the library where it says McM and click on the scroll. Go down and get the moldy cheese. Use the cheese to get the mouse. Use the mouse to feed the owl then it will follow you. Getting the guards to let you go back down is I'm stuck! Hope this helped!:)
