In the owners manual you will find the complete instruction for doing it. If I remember correctly all you do is lower both windows. then one window at a time simply raise the window and hold the up window button for 5 seconds more and the window will reset itself so it drops when the door is open to clear the weatherstrip molding on the convertible top or the hardtop. I have a 2002 Ford Thunderbird and on our T-Bird to reset the windows you turn the key to the on position and roll the driver window down and once the window is in the down position immediately hold the button in the down position for 2 seconds then immediately roll the window to the up position and hold the button in the up position for 2 seconds. Repeat the process for the passenger window.
