What happens to the equation y 2x if it changes to y 2x 5?

graphically, the line will shift upward 5 units, assuming there is + inbetween the 2x and the 5, you dont seem to have any symbols inbetween

Is cutting mapel with a skaterdclay hatchet good xp in runescape?

Yes in my opinion it is.It gives 2x the xp as regular hatchets. But if you dont have a scatterdclay hatchet it wont give 2x the xp.So have fun on R.S.

Is there a graph of y equals equals 2 tan 2x?

Yes, that is a shifted tanX graph, just as you would shift any graft.

What is the trig function of sin with a period of pi an amplitude of 1 and a vertical shift up of 1?

If this is a homework question, please consider trying to answer it on your own first, otherwise the value of reinforcement of the lesson will be lost on you. To determine the trigonometry function of sin, with a period of pi, and amplitude of 1, and a vertical shift of +1, start simple and expand. The period of sin(x) is 2 pi, so to halve that period you need sin(2x). The amplitude of sin(2x) is 2, so to halve that amplitude you need 1/2 sin(2x). To shift any function up by 1, simply add 1 to it, so the final answer is 1/2 sin(2x) + 1. Note: This is very simple when you take it step by step.

f (x) = 2x dan g(x) = 2x+ยน -3?

You want to identify the relationship between two functions, namely f(x) = 2x and g(x) = 2x + 1 - 3. Let's take a closer look: Function f(x) = 2x: This is a linear function with a slope (gradient) coefficient of 2 and no vertical shift (y-intercept at 0). Function g(x) = 2x + 1 - 3: This is also a linear function, but with a vertical shift of -2 (subtracting 3 from 1, so -2). It has the same slope (gradient) coefficient as f(x), which is 2. In this case, g(x) is f(x) that has been "shifted" downwards by 2 units. The function g(x) has a similar shape to f(x), but its position is different on the y-axis.

What is -2x plus 2x?

It is 2x+(-2x) = 0

Why is 2x cubed different from 2x times 2x times 2x?

2X * 2X * 2X = 8X^3 2X^3 is saying 2*( X * X * X) = 2X^3

7x-4x plus 2x plus 5 equals 2x plus 14?

7 x - 4 x + 2 x+5 = 2 x + 14 --- (1) Shift those terms containing "x" on left side and constants on other side 7 x - 4 x + 2 x - 2 x = 14 - 5 We will get 3 x = 9 Divide both sides by "3" we get; x = 3

How do you do 2x times 2x?

2x * 2x (2*2=4) therefore, 2x*2x equals 4x2.

-2x - 6 equals 2x plus 6?

-2x-6= -2x-6Another answer:-2x-6 = 2x+6-2x-2x = 6+6-4x = 12x = -3

2x +2x + 2x=?

6x
