You need a rear disc brake caliper tool set for this job. A pair of needle nose pliers can work also, but damage to the caliper is likely, if you're trying to get it done in a hurry.

These rear calipers cannot be compressed with a clamp like the front calipers can be.
The piston actually screws into the caliper. Again, look for a disc brake caliper tool set. Harbor Freight Tools sells a $20 kit that will do the job.
