A wire could be cut. check the resistance of the wires from the connectors to find a break. they could be broken from wear. or it could be the motors themselves that are bad, but check the wires first before replacing them.

The "radiator" cap is located on the coolant reservoir.
open the drain at the bottom of the radiator and remove cap
Reservoir tank feeds the radiator. It's a Dodge thing.
The thermostat is under the housing where the upper radiator hose attaches to the engine on a 2.4 liter Dodge Stratus.
The thermostat on a 2.5 L Dodge Stratus is located under the housing where the lower radiator hose attaches to the engine.
Replace the plug.

no the 1996 -1998 is the same then the 2000-2004 is the same so it will not fit
I installed a radiator in my wifes 2000 Dodge Stratus. What I done was buy a Hayes repair manuel. The air conditioning condensor is attached to the radiator . It was not a easy job for me but if you got smaller hands than me it mite not be so bad.
The odometer is electric, no cable.
