The chair was able to recline, which was a nice feature. His bad back meant a seat that could recline would be better for him.
LATCH TO RELEASE THE REAR SEATS IS LOCATED IN THE TRUNK. The lever to recline the seats are in front of the seat belt latches on the seats. You just pull them up and your seats recline
The buttons are on the side of the seat. On the passenger side there is a lever to recline the pass seat all the way. I cannot remember if the drivers has that lever. Just got rid of mine Kathy
there is no need for it to recline forward
is it the actual recline lever or a broken bolt just under the cover on the lever side of the seat? as this was a common problem making the seat sit too far back. it was a recall on some of the fords i just welded mine.
Mine doesn't recline either. It did once, with a little force. But it stayed that way until I forced it back.
Push it back. to Recline it pull the strap by the door.
The seat heaters on a Buick Rendezvous is often repaired by re-seating the wiring harness and replacing the fuse. More severe issues may require the heating elements be replaced.
check cable under seat to see if it is ok! the one going to seat lever. if nessesary replace cable.
The Buick Rendezvous can carry seven passengers when the third row seat is put into place, if not in place it can carry five passengers.
I don't believe it is (driver-)adjustable unless you have power seats.
in a 93, there is an electronic rocker switch on the front lip of the seats, maybe the same for 95.
