Most likely a bad ground. I had to pull the ground which was to the right of the engine block and sand the washers and file brush the screw. Once I did this the wipers worked again. If this doesn't help then the only other two options are the Multifunction switch. This is the unit that the turn sign arm is attached to or the Body Control Module. This is the unit behind the fuse box below the steering wheel. If either one of these is bad then this could be the cause.
