Check your relay under the dash. My 1991 JCB did the opposite and that is what the problem was.

That you need a transmission shop. It is possible but unlikely that your linkage needs adjustment; more likely is that you need a new transmission.

power shuttle fluid level is critical in movement of the hoe. If t is low even a little bit it wont move. if level is ok then check the filter in the shuttle pan for debris and being clogged.

That is a condition known as (morning sickness) which is a early stage of trans failure as far as i know the only solution is replacement of the transmission but try a junkyard bcuz some s10s have the same one and u can prob get it relatively cheap.
