Why wont your sim's wake up they have been sleeping for 3 days and wont wake up?

open up your cheat menu using
crtl shift C
then type in this cheat
boolprop testingcheatsEnabled true
then hold down the shift while clicking on your stuck sim and find the option that says "Force Error"
a blue message box will come up saying there is an error with your sim, hit the "Reset" button and your sim will be out of the bed and controllable again.
