have you tryed all the fuses then check if the bulbs are good
Is the bulb blown?
Turn signal flasher?
I would suspect the signal switch is at fault.
There's a turn signal or running light out on that side, either front or rear. Turn on signal, get out and look. If both turn signals are working, chances are its the running light.
To fix the turn signals on a 1994 Beretta that do not show up on the dash, first check the turn signal bulbs and the fuse to ensure they are functioning properly. If the bulbs and fuse are fine, inspect the turn signal relay, as a faulty relay can prevent the indicators from lighting up. Additionally, examine the wiring for any damage or loose connections. If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider consulting a professional mechanic for further diagnosis.
Turn signal flasher?
Check the Fuses real quick. If not it could be related to a computer issue... Thanks Ford lol
Did you change the bulb in the rear? Yes. The hazzard lights use the same bulbs in the rear as the turn signals. They work with the hazzards on but not with the turn signal.

On a 1994 Ford Taurus : The 3.0 and 3.8 liter V6 engines use a timing CHAIN
In a 1994 Ford Taurus : Both the 3.0 and 3.8 litre V6 engines have a timing CHAIN
No - way too many changes made to the Taurus between the 2 model years.
