JPEG - JPEG images look better than RAW images if the two are compared on camera. This is because the camera's image processor processes a JPEG file so that it looks colourful and crisp without making a lot of image adjustments. A RAW file isn't processed, (hence the name RAW), just like a film negative, which is why a RAW file is often referred to as a digital negative. :)
