Why would a 1995 F-150 windshield washer fluid pump not work if it's not the fuse or the pump because i tried changing it from another truck?

Hmmmm. This is a confusing question. You say the fluid pump does not work and then you say the problem is not the fuse or the pump. It could be that the spray nozzles are clogged and the fluid does not flow through them. You can remove the hoses from the nozzles from underneath the hood and clean the nozzles with a fine wire. You might also want to clean out the hoses in case they may be clogged too. Sometimes, especially in hot weather, the fluid will evaporate and leave a film of "dust" from the chemicals in the washer fluid. This "dust" becomes caked and clogs the hoses. Or, the problem could be in the electrical harness/connection. Look for a loose wire or a cut wire.
