These would appear to be two different problems resulting in the same "no start" condition, so it's best to take them on a one-by-one basis.
No fuel could be several things. The first and easiest to check would be the fuel filter. Sediment will often clog up the filter and result in poor/no fuel flow. It's beneath the rear passenger seat on the bottom of the car, directly before the fuel tank. Secondly, I'd check the fuel pump and associated relay in the case that a fault exists in either. When the key is turned over just before ignition (accessory position) the fuel pump should run for about 3 to 5 seconds to build pressure in the lines. If this is not so, then there may be your problem.
No spark may be the result of a faulty ignition coil, bad plugs, plug wires, or ultimately, the starter solenoid. If the starter is faulty, then it may inhibit the fuel pump and ignition from operating correctly, and would sum up both of your problems due to one faulty part. Once removed from the vehicle, they can be tested by some of the larger auto parts chains.

Either they are both burnt out or they are not getting any power to them. If you dont have a circuit tester then take it to a garage and have them check it out.
Located under the dash on lower left side.(Near your left shin when you are sitting in car).
The fuel filter is underneath the car on the right hand side by the back door. It is real simple to change and easy to access it.
