Why would a 1999 Grand Cherokee Limited with dual climate control blow cold air on the passenger side and heat on the drivers side?

his is a common problem on 99 to 04 Grand Cherokees. The blend(temp) door actually breaks inside of the dash. The only repair is to remove the dash and ac housing and replace the blend door and recuirculation door. Approximatly a 6 hour job for a pro. == ==
