Why would a 2000 maxima transmission SHIFT HARD when you first start to drive and after 10 min it runs great 77988 miles only if it sat a long time change fluid and filter already?

There is a TSB for this: solenoids and/or TCM (transmission control module) replacement corrects the problem...
