Not if you immediately wash the cement off and I do mean immediately not 10 minutes later.
Small block Chevy v-8 engines usually have 2 freeze plugs per side but early 400 blocks have 3 per side. Later 400 engines had two per side. All big block Chevy v-8 engines have 3 per side.

Knowing the firing order of a car while driving it can help troubleshoot any engine problems later. The firing order for a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo is 1-6-5-4-3-2.
If it always goes back to normal later, I'd suspect fuel filter first. But other problems are possible.

In my case, it was a crank shaft sensor that went out, causing the cam sensor to go out, which may have led to the killing of the fuel pump. $200 later, hopefully it fixes it.
Trouble is brewing, probably within the "clock spring". Take it to a shop that works on air bag systems.
