A glowplug or glowplugs have failed, I would personally replace all them.
You can check each one by removing the positive 12V feed to them and checking each one with a OHM tester which if the glow plug is good will give a low resistest and if is bad will be open circuit or a very high resistest.
If using a diode tester it will beep if good and no beep if bad.

P0306 = Cylinder 6 missfire detected. If you have all tree codes, start by checking the fuel delivery, fuel pressure, air intake, plug wires, plugs, vaccum leaks. Also could be a cracked head of a bad head gasked.
