Most likely a faulty propeller, especially if the "slippage" is more pronounced at higher rpm's. This would be indicative of a spun prop hub, (the rubber clutch surrounding the hub is loosing it's bond with the propeller). If this is the problem, you can either have the prop re-hubbed, or replace it with a new one.
After just completing an ENGG paper on the Impact of the Automobile, I would say that the driving force of the US economy in 1903 was the beginning of The Ford Motor Company. Ford started in 1903 and the Model T was produced in 1908. The Model T sold 15,000,000 vehicles.

Effectively, it was the Model T. Until then, he had met with very little success but his business principles and his ideas for mass-production gave him a distinct advantage when he produced the right product for the market. There isn't a separate IAC motor. The electriconic throttle body assembly has a built in motor that opens and closes the throttle plate. The throttle body is not repairable, it must be replaced.
The motor chokes at full throttle because either the exhaust valves are bad and cause the motor to loose compression at full throttle or the carb has an air leak.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body at the end of the throttle shaft.
