Ok, I have figured it out. The coil is putting off what looks to be a good spark, but It is not strong enough to go through the gap between the cap and rotor to get back to the wires. I replaced it and it works!!

Why would a 94 jeep grand Cherokee have good fuel pressure no spark?

I would replace distributor cap & rotor button, plugs & wires, and if necessary distributor. Also, check your ignition timing, if you broke a timing chain you wouldn't have any spark.
