USUALLY when an injected engine runs poorly but the computer is detecting no problem, it's not getting enough fuel.
Connect a fuel pressure gauge and see what the pressure is. If it's fluctuating or low, be suspicious of the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pump or the fuel filter.
NEVER replace parts until you've verified the problem.
