NO Brake Lights
Because neither brake light works, it is unlikely that it's due to burnout of the bulb filaments, all at the same time.
Without doing a "hands on troubleshooting" of the brake light circuit no one can tell you what specific defect is causing the problem.

However, here are some of the possible causes you need to check for:
- The fuse for that circuit has "blown."
- Brake light switch mounting is not properly adjusted.
- A connector plug somewhere in the circuit has become "unplugged," or loose.
- A conductor [wire] somewhere in the circuit has been cut, broken, "pinched," or pulled apart.
- Corrosion has occurred inside any one or more of the connector plugs, or at any connection/splice, in the circuit. Corrosion can "block" the flow of electrical current just the same as if a wire were cut.
- The brake light switch has become defective [this is usually the "last" thing to fail].
