If you remove the faceplate (button on the top left I believe) you can find a tiny "reset" button near the center of the unit (not the faceplate) Press this and reinstall your faceplate. Insert the right side first then press the left side straight on. It should make a clicking noise. The unit is now reset. You will have to reset your presets including clock and sound settings. This is only a tempory fix, from what I understand it might happen every 3 days or so. I don't know of a permenent fix yet.
