The front expansion valve is clogged.
If it's the front passenger side ,I would say your heater core is leaking .
no considering the front is more boxy and wider in the front. the 1990 bumper is rounded to fit the 88-98 pickups , the suburban kept the box style until 1991. your best bet would be to find a 1973-1987 silverado, custom deluxe, cheyenne, or bonanza bumper or a suburban bumper from a 1973-1991 suburban
There is no heater matrix for the back air vents, only and evaporator for the A/C. My suburban always blowed cold until I added an extra rear heater matrix.
That would be the 350 or the 454
It would depend on what year full size Chevys you are working with.
Salvage Yard would be your best choice.
tad bit low on freon.
dirty trans fluid might be the cause. have it changed, but not flushd
I would first check either the controls to the front heater core or a blocked front heater core. It could also be a blocked or missing heater hose to the front heater core, although that seems quite unlikley.
I BELIEVE THAT THE GRILLS ARE INTER-CHANGEABLE. 88-98
alve, check vacum line first (on heater valve)
It should be just under the bottom of the dash were your knees would be when sitting in the driver seat. Look in that area.
